Fabulous location and property
Everything was great. Check in was easy. Would definitely come again. The only minor challenge is that the air conditioner never gets cooler than 72 which is hotter than we sleep but we managed and again location and property offset that.

Family trip to Kauai 2024
We had a fantastic stay in this condo for our trip to Kauai. Location in Kapa'a Is just perfect!! Central to accessing North or south or west parts of the island plenty of wonderful restaurants to be had right here in town and the best shave ice On the island right across the street in the Safeway parking lot. Condo has a wonderful view overlooking the pool and you can also watch the sunrise from your lanai. The grounds are kept immaculately. The beach is on site and has chairs available. Wonderful walking path right out front as well. Less than a mile to walk in town and have breakfast. The condo itself is perfect for the two couples we had. Both bedrooms, access the living and kitchen area and beach toys all provided. Laundry room as well. Fully stocked kitchen! Would definitely return here.! Our host, Greg, was so helpful and communicative!! That makes all the difference. Mahalo and Aloha!!!

Penthouse Condo in Kapaa
Our stay at the condo was fantastic! My family with 3 young children was very comfortable. It was nice to have all the amenities of home. The condo was close to the pool and beach. Owner Greg provided many recommendations for touring Kauai, places to eat and things to do. This being our first time in Kauai, we were very impressed with the island. Aloha!
