This was the most magnificent resort we’ve ever been. Their hospitality is world class. The food choices are amazing and delicious. This is a true all inclusive place, even the specialty restaurants. The experience began at check in. Their complimentary lemon, coconut refresher is addictive. You have breathtaking views everywhere you look. If you want to be treated like royalty, this resort is the place to be. I don’t recommend the Blue Marlin restaurant, the food was less desirable than the other restaurants which are all delicious. We are already planning to return, completely impressed

Since we arrived at The Sanctuary resort, we had the warmest welcome and we felt this throughout our stay, we enjoy every minute, it was wonderful but the outstanding hospitality we received from the one-on-one personnel such as Felix from the steak house rest. & brkfst., Antolin from the Asian Wok rest., Sandro from the Italian rest., Dario and Jannete from our daily breakfast at Casa Bella, and as for the Pool this area had its own Ambassadors wish made the time spent even more special such as Oscar Myer, Jesús, Elvis and Happy Boy these are the people we were fortunate to be in contact with through our entire stay they were responsible for the great time we had we highly recommend it. during this time, we also had the opportunity to visit the Spa, again outstanding professional service.

This was one of the best properties I have been to. Great food, great staff, great rooms, great gym, great spa, great activities. I will definitely go back. They need a bit of work on the check in but minimal compared to the experience.

The staff was wonderful, they were very courteous, helpful and professional. There were many great food options and endless drinks. The rooms were clean and the grounds were well kept. The only complaint was the pool and ocean were just a bit chilly.
