Located in Amsterdam, 1476 ft from Amsterdam RAI, nhow Amsterdam Rai provides accommodations with a fitness center, private parking, a bar and a terrace.

I was worried this would be a little bit of an industrial location, but I actually really liked the location. If you were up for a long and leisurely walk you could walk all the way into the city, or complete an easy subway ride. The rooms were also quite comfortable.

The Best Culture and Nightlife this Side of a Canal

Jump on your city bike or hop on a canal boat and admire Amsterdam, the Venice of the North! The beautiful city houses, romantic bridges, iconic canals and street cafés create its unique atmosphere and give you an ultimate taste of its fascinating past.

Famous for its museums, most important of which are located in the Museumplein, Amsterdam offers you a chance to see unforgettable masterpieces by Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Mondriaan and more. The Anne Frank House is a sobering reminder of the city’s more recent history. After a lot of walking, the Rijksmuseum is a great place to rest and get some extra culture before visiting Amsterdam’s lovely Vondelpark.

The medieval Old Center with the always busy Dam Square and the tempting Red Lights District is the most visited part of Amsterdam. Make sure to stop at Leidseplein and Rembrandtplein, homes to the best nightlife venues.

Shop till you drop at Amsterdam’s most luxury shopping street, PC Hooftstraat, the most popular street market at Albert Cuyp or in the fancy design shops of the Jordaan district. Famous pancakes and frites with mayonnaise are a must-try! The more adventurous traveler might want to try the pickled herring, followed closely by a local beer.

We had a great time in Amsterdam!

We had a great time in Amsterdam! We visited Kasteel de Haar, Keukenhof Gardens, the Anne Frank House, the National Holocaust Museum, and for dinner one night we went to Food Hallen which was great! We also spent a lot of time just wandering around, going into shops and taking photos of the amazing architecture. We hope to return one day!

So many things to do in Amsterdam, we didn't have enough time to do them all, but that's a reason to revisit this amazing city. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and relaxed. The Adam tower has amazing views. Keukenhof in April was stunning, combined with a windmill cruise was perfect. So many museums it's incredible. Numerous places to eat, although seemed to cater for tourists rather than serve Danish food except in the markets. So easy to get around on the trams. They are so regular and cheap. If you want to go to Ann Frank house be sure to book it 6 weeks in advance when the tickets are released. We didn't manage this sadly.

The best location! I have travelled to Amsterdam 6 times in the last 2 years, all in different hotels. This was by far the best location, we didn’t use taxis or public transport once as we were able to walk everywhere. City centre is 5 mins away. Despite this the hotel is situated on a really quiet road on a canal which is beautiful. The staff were amazing giving us recommendations for what is nearby which is always helpful. Was overall a really lovely, clean and pretty hotel. Coffee station with a bar and snacks were a really nice touch.

Nice room and bathroom. All clean and tidy. Location is not far from the trams and main station which takes around 20-25 minutes to get to the airport and around 15-20 minutes to get to central Amsterdam. We had a nice walk into the city centre along the river through the park which took around 45 minutes. There was a lovely restaurant around the corner from the hotel and we went to two great brunch locations again just around the corner from the hotel.

This is a spectacular hotel, a million miles from the bland look and feel of many hotel chains. The decor is absolutely beautiful, the public spaces are wonderful. The breakfasts were great. Also, the location is not in central Amsterdam but it's fantastically easy to get to both the airport and the city centre.
