Staff were friendly and relaxed and the breakfast onsite was delicious. The room was the biggest of our whole trip by far!!!

It’s a quaint boutique hotel with a very nice ambience. It’s warm and welcoming, good place to go home to after a loooong day of walking. The rooms are nice and cozy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also provide some coffee, tea and bread in the lounge area.

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly polite and accomondating.It is located in a convenient but still quiet part of Kyoto.

Conveniently set in the center of Kyoto, Dusit Thani Kyoto provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a garden. Everything is perfect. The gym and pool was nice and barely anyone using. Huge variety choice of breakfast. People are helpful and welcoming. What we love the most was our room, it is so comfortable that we just wanted to stay in. A common problem for most hotels is the position of air-condition which is either blowing directly to your face or making loud noises, or in some cases blowing warm air even we have the cool mode on. But the temperature control in Dusit was just wonderful. Location is also close by the bus station (a more common way of transport in Kyoto vs subway). And taxi to the old town area is only around 1600yen if I recall.
