Ideally Located Between River Run & Lakeside Village w/ Great Mountain Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect size for a family of around 6. One bathroom, one bedroom, one loft with bed, full size fridge, full kitchen, and dining table. This 3rd floor property provides an awesome view of the mountains to the south. And a peek towards the bunny slopes. The underground parking and ski lockers are a game changer. This is the best part. The lockers are immediate walking access to the learning area or the Peru lift to go up the mountain. A great experience for families with kids because of the ease of access. Same for anyone that wants to be close to the lift. There were box fans, a vacuum, a broom, and a small drying rack. Kitchen amenities included basic silverware, glasses, cups, plates, pots, pans, and simple cooking utensils. This is close to rental places and close to stores as well. This was our second stay in this room.

A clean, with comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. Only offers one parking space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication from the rental company was excellent from the reservation through check out process. The cleaning crew was running late but that was well communicated several hours in advance that they would need an extra 30 minutes for the unit to be ready so adjusted accordingly. The end unit was very nice with good views-most importantly was very convenient to the Peru lift and Mountainhouse base area. We were also very impressed when maintenance knocked on our door the first night because someone had told them there were lightbulbs out in the bathroom and they were there to replace them-we hadn’t even noticed they were out since there were other lights.

Comfortable apartment, excellent location, good communication with the host. Only one minus for unconformable bed in the masterbedroom.

Good unit and great location.

Overall very good stay. Perfect location and well maintained house. Laundry machine didn’t work after taking money. Complained the property manager but no update. Don’t use Google map to find the property since it would direct you a wrong entrance.
