This beautiful kitchen offers modern appliances, spacious countertops, and is fully stocked with cookware. A center-island anchors the space and offers barstool seating. It’s the perfect place for the family to kick back and relax while the chef works their magic.

Between the barstool seating at the central island and the 10 person dining table, there is no shortage of space for meals. A large, wooden dining table and sophisticated, acrylic chairs make this space ideal for entertaining. A high-chair is available for those traveling with young ones.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 4 BEDROOMS
The house features four bedrooms designed with maximum comfort and convenience in mind. One can be found on the first floor, while the other three are nestled on the second floor. Exposed brick walls and tasteful furnishings give you a hotel-like experience when you turn in for the night. The Master bedroom comes with a large, wooden crib so traveling with children is a breeze.

BATHROOMS
Our home offers two full, inviting bathrooms. They’re stocked with all of the essentials, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. Another half-bath is available on the first floor.

LAUNDRY
This home has 2 washer/dryer sets! There's one set in the basement, and another in the 2nd floor master bathroom, along with laundry detergent and fabric softener.

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
