Location was good, only 10 mins drive to the airport. Although the hotel is located in the center of the city but still it was not chaotic. There was a nice juice stall across the street. However parking spots were limited but there was some spots available on the opposite side of the building. Breakfast was good.
This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Muscat's business and leisure district.

No views as in the pictures.
Old model lcd TV ( too small) like a 32 inch and doesn't even have wifi
Wifi keeps disconnecting frequently.
Noisy neighbors.
No handwashs or shampoo or shower gels.
Smell in the room.
Tried suhoor and nothing was great with food.
Not worth the money paid.

We had booked the superior double room but were upgraded to suite and my overall experience was great however there was a room in my suite which was connected to another room which I felt as invasion of privacy if both parties had not kept the connecting room locked.

An enchanting Arabic jewel, Muscat was already an important port in the 1st century. With a strict building code that imposes respect to heights and styles, the city has developed a harmonized and traditional look that makes it irresistible. Don’t miss the traditional Muttrah Souq marketplace, considered one of the best in the region.
The city is actually composed of three towns: Muscat is the walled Old Town where royal palaces are located; Muttrah includes the old and new harbours and the Corniche seafront; and Ruwi is the commercial and diplomatic area. Check out the Muscat hotels map on Booking.com and choose your preferred location!
The city is surrounded by the Western Al Hajar Mountains, and the crystalline waters and sandy beaches of the Arabian Sea. Staying in a Muscat hotel on the beach is a great way to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Oman views.
The modern and elegant Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is one of the largest in the world. Don’t miss the twin forts of Al Jalali and Al Mirani, and the Qasr Al Alam Royal Palace.

Nice city to explore, if you have enough spare time.
Nice city to explore, if you have enough spare time. The good things, it's nearby from Abu Dhabi, UAE. It takes around 5 hours driving on the road. Many good places that you need to visit, when you're going to Muscat and moving around the city.

Typically Middle Eastern - if you have been in the region before then everything is as you would expect, including overall safety, welcome and politeness. Not as hassly / hustly as, say, Turkey, Most everything dual signed in Arabic and English and everyone i encountered spoke English to a greater or lesser degree. Minimal need to use google translate. Food, coffee, sweets, bakery is as you would expect from the area. Nice and warm, nice beach and beach park. Public transport is limited - buses - and who ever knows where they actually go, so feet and taxi is the transport. Taxi's inexpensive compared to UK - cigs, food, drink etc all lower costs. Nice relaxing place - no high vibes, almost a beach resort feel but also a city - spread out, wide roads, large spaces, plenty of eating, dining, coffee shop options. 5 days is adequate.

Muscat is the hidden jewel from the Arabic world. Beautiful city with mountains, trees, beaches, excellent roads without traffic, the people is very friendly, rich in culture, the most beautiful mosques, Souq is very nice, all the places in Muscat are very safe for everyone. Small city with amazing prices, just taxis are expensive is better rent car and the roads very easy to drive.

We liked this hotel so much. Big, clean with western interior it really worth the price. Location also is very comfortamble, it is beachfront, so you can enjoy beach and sea, but also not so far from the city centre. Stuff very helpful as well. We also liked the meals, breakfast and dinner were just woow. Different cuisines, tasty meals- everyone can find what to eat. So if you are
looking for a 5 star hotel for a good price bear in mind ICH
Perfect choice for our last night in Oman! Super close to the airport (they also helped us order a taxi for early in the morning). Super clean and new. Very kind staff, and the dinner was delicious! We did not have breakfast, since we had an early flight, but we really loved this place as the last hotel to round off and awesome trip around Oman!
The beds are extremely comfortable. It is the most affordable 5 star hotel in Oman.
The pool area is very nice with a nice gym and stunning view of the city.
They allowed me to use the pool area and changing rooms after I had checked out which was great.
Nice location close to malls - car is essential in Muscat!
On of best family hotel in muscat area I highly recommend for family & reception staff very friendly & I want to thanks Hotel management especially oman staff doing great job.
